Western Canoe Kayak is once again hosting Paddle Expo at Cultus Lake's Main Beach
Located in B.C.'s Beautiful Fraser Valley
Kick off the 2025 season with Western Canada's biggest paddlesports event of the year.
This event aims to provide beginners and experienced paddlers with an opportunity to try out paddlesports and see what it's all about.
Come visit us and talk to industry professionals from top brands. If you're looking for the perfect canoe, kayak, or SUP you won't want to miss this event.
If you have your own favourite PFD, please bring it along.
On-site registration opens at 10:00 am. Stop by the registration desk to get your wristband and prize draw entry ticket.

Preventing paddling injuries with proper stretching
With Simone Joyce
Simone has been paddling for 18 yrs. She paddles: whitewater kayaks, canoes, SUPS and touring kayaks and even a man inflated in a drysuit, but that’s another story.
Simone is a RMT (registered massage therapist) with a Bachelor of Art of Kinesiology and has been practicing for 3 years at her private clinic in Chilliwack. Stop by and learn how to ‘stretch it out’.

Canoe-Over-Canoe Rescue Clinic
With Elements Adventures
The good folks from Elements Adventures will be offering an on-water canoe-over-canoe rescue clinic. You can watch from the dock or bring you r dry suit and give it a try!
Elements Adventures offers courses from 3hr lake canoeing lessons to multi-day river expeditions in the north. You can check them out at elementsadventures.ca

Sea Kayak Rescue Demonstraion
With Brad Keats of Mission Paddle Sports
Brad Keats has been paddling for a number of years and a certified instructor for the last 4.
He spends half his time here in BC and the other half in Baja.
He is available to teach private classes to both singles and groups.
We'll be showing you a variety of Kayak rescue techniques. Come down and have a look
